If your receipt shows a Google Play purchase, use Google's request flow with the account you used to pay.
Timing and eligibility
Google Play considers the purchase details and how long ago you paid. For eligible purchase types, Google may review requests made within 48 hours. For older purchases, Google directs users to the developer. Check the policy that applies to your purchase and location.
