Typing VaultAccount sign-in
Typing Vault uses your name and email for your account and stores a password hash for sign-in. Account records also include a roll number, institution or independent learner status, and a role that controls access.
Passages, transcripts and scores
Camera and gallery images are processed on your device using Google ML Kit OCR. Saved test records can include the extracted reference text, your transcript, passage title, test mode, timing, accuracy, speed and mistakes. Results and recurring mistakes can be cached on your device and synced to MongoDB Atlas over HTTPS when you reconnect.
Institution administrators can access submissions for their institution. Institute rankings use roll numbers and performance metrics. A PDF scorecard can include your name, roll number, institution and test details. When you export or share a report, choose who can access it.
Subscription records
The subscription ledger records plan and trial status, payment amounts, payment method category, transaction references and invoice numbers linked to your account.
Information you choose to send
If you email support, your message includes your reply address and any details you add. For a login issue, describe what happened. For a billing issue, share the order reference from your receipt. Leave out passwords, one-time codes, card numbers and documents containing unrelated personal information.
App permissions and data sharing
Review or change Android permissions under Settings, Apps, Typing Vault, Permissions. Permission settings control access on your device. Use the privacy contact for questions about information already associated with your account.
The release policy still needs verified details about optional data, SDKs and service providers, security safeguards, how long account records and backups are kept, and any exceptions to deletion.

Use the privacy contact to ask what information is associated with your account or to request a correction. Include enough context to identify the issue. For account and data removal, follow the dedicated deletion process below.
